    All BCN customers experiencing issues with Citrix DaaS have confirmed they are able to access the environment again.

    We are starting to see impacted instances accept logins again. Awaiting full confirmation from Citrix that the issue has been fully resolved.

    Citrix have confirmed they have identified the root cause of the issue and are working towards resolution. They have advised that some of the impacted customers should see successful DaaS launches as they are recovering.
